Individual Coaching

Whatever your intention, I’d love to share my support.

 
 

I’m an ICF PCC Certified and IFS trained coach. I’m also a certified and experienced group facilitator of Dr. Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead®, Daring Way®, and Rising Strong® wholehearted living programs.

 

In my individual coaching practice, I invite full presence and walk with my clients to embrace their full experience.

All is welcome. As a fellow traveler, I am present to hold space and share practices to support your goals. 

I will support you to come to a better understanding and appreciation of yourself.

Working together, you will develop self-leadership skills through practices that bring you into greater alignment with your strengths and values as you take on current and future challenges.

How individual coaching works…

I recommend committing to a 6 to 8 session coaching journey so we can build upon progress week after week.

It works best to meet weekly or bi-weekly so we can create momentum.

Each coaching session lasts 1-hour and takes place via phone or Zoom.

Between sessions, I will provide ongoing support via email. In addition to the tools and resources we’ll cover during your sessions, I’ll also share additional tips and resources via email when appropriate.
